More than a booking platform
We started PWANI in 2021 after noticing a gap between the lavish photos online and the reality guests found on arrival. Too many beautiful properties were being listed carelessly, with no one taking ownership of the guest experience.
We do things differently. Every property on our platform has been inspected by a member of our team. Every host has been briefed on our standards. And every guest has a direct line to us — not a chatbot — throughout their stay.
