Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or making a booking. Last updated: April 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PWANI Peach Studio website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by PWANI Peach Studio. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Payment

Payment terms are communicated at time of booking. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment details will be provided via WhatsApp by your property manager. Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the listing and are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations within 7–14 days of arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. Maximum occupancy stated in the property listing must not be exceeded. All house rules provided at check-in must be respected.

6. Limitation of Liability

PWANI Peach Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your stay at any property. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of PWANI Peach Studio or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
