Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — just message us on WhatsApp.
Is the property suitable for children?
Yes, we welcome families. Please note the property has open terraces and a pool, so we recommend adult supervision around the water at all times.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
We can arrange transfers from Mombasa or Malindi airports with a trusted local driver. Prices are fixed and quoted in advance. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends and public holidays, and a three-night minimum during peak season (December–January and July–August).
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations within 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, the booking is non-refundable.
